Watch the action against FGR again...
WATCH: Wrexham 3-1 Forest Green Rovers
This game is from the reverse fixture earlier this season where new manager Dean Keates faced his toughest test yet in the Racecourse hot-seat.
We join the action in the 7th minute with media team commentator Rich Fay, Mark Carrington brings down his man inside the area to give FGR a chance to take the lead from the spot.
Darren Carter stepped up and saw his penalty saved by loan keeper Luke Coddington, who was in for the injured Shwan Jalal and Chris Dunn.
It was Wrexham who took the lead in the 15th minute, John Rooney crossed in for Shaun Harrad who glanced his header home.
The Dragons doubled their lead after half an hour. Kai Edwards' cross found Harrad who nodded across goal, Gerry McDonagh couldn't initially get on the end of it, however Paul Rutherford fired goal-wards on the half-volley but his effort was saved, only for McDonagh to tap in the rebound.
In the 68th minute FGR pulled one back after Liam Noble crossed in, the ball found it's way to Carter who headed home unmarked.
Wrexham made sure of the points in dramatic fashion on the counter attack in the 93rd minute as FGR were pushing for a leveler.
Rob Evans hooked on a clearance to find 18-year-old Nottingham Forest loanee striker McDonagh who took the ball in his stride from just over half-way. He strode through, rounded the keeper and slotted in Wrexham's third.... Rich Fay's commentary is legendary!
