How are the loaned out Dragons getting on?
Wrexham First Team
Hamza Bencherif at York City: Two games to update you on for Hamza this week, the FA trophy semi-finals against Lincoln City. The first leg took place last Tuesday at Bootham Cresent and ended in a surprise 2-1 win for York with Hamza completing the full 90 minutes. The return leg was on Saturday at Sincil Bank and for the second successive season, Hamza booked a place at the FA Trophy final with his side. It wasn't easy for the Vanarama National League strugglers, falling 1-0 behind (2-2 aggregate) forcing the tie in to extra time. A Scott Fenwick penalty in the first period of extra time was enough to topple the leaders though, Hamza completed the full 120 minutes.
Callum Powell at Tamworth: Callum continued his loan with Vanarama National League North side Tamworth this weekend as they entertained Gainsborough Trinity at the Lamb. Callum came off the bench for former red Andy Morrell's side with 20 minutes to play during this 1-0 win on Saturday.
Kieran Wolland at Colwyn Bay: In the Evo-Stik Northern Premier Division One North on Saturday, Kieran continued in the number one shirt after last weekends impressive win. They traveled to Yorkshire to take on play-off hunting Ossett Town and ended up on the wrong side of a 1-0 result.
Joe Newton at Gresford Athletic: It was back to winning ways at Clappers Lane this weekend in the Huw's Gray Alliance for Gresford who saw off Porthmadog 2-0. Joe played the full 90 minutes and Athletic remain 3rd in the standings with three games to play.
Corey Roper at Cefn Druids: Another Friday evening fixture for Druids at the Rock who entertained Rhyl in the Dafabet Welsh Premier League. The visiting Lillywhites found themselves down to 10-men in the first half and ultimately lost 4-1. Corey played the full 90 for Druids who raise up the table to relative safety with this result.
Dan Collins at Colwyn Bay: Dan started against Ossett Town during Saturday's 1-0 loss. He made way for play-making midfielder Mike Pino on 69 minutes after Ossett had a man sent off with the Seagull's looking to chase the game.
Liam Walsh at Gresford Athletic: Liam also completed the 90 minutes in Saturdays 2-0 win over Porthmadog.
