Are There Any Tickets Left?
Yes. Some ticket vendors may have marked this event as sold out - but this just means they have sold all of the tickets allocated to them!

My Racecourse/Wrexham AFC are the only vendor selling seated tickets for this event although, they are now in a limited number. We also have a very small amount of general admission standing and platinum enclosure standing tickets available too.

Travel
By Car:
From The North: Take the A483 towards Wrexham (this is the Wrexham by-pass). Leave the A483 with at the junction of the A541 Mold road. My Racecourse is 300 yards from this junction (on the A541) towards Wrexham town centre.

From The South: Take the M54 from the M6 (Junction 10A Northbound). Follow the M54 to the end of the motorway and join the A5 towards Shrewsbury. Continue on the A5 past Shrewsbury and Oswestry and then join the A483 towards Wrexham. Stay on the A483 as you reach Wrexham (this is the Wrexham by-pass).

Parking is available at the nearby Glyndwr University at a cost of £5 per car.
Disabled and accessible parking and drop off point will be located on Crispin Lane at the Catrin Finch Centre.

Park & Ride: Times: 4pm–Midnight (last bus from Plas Coch 11.45pm) at a cost of £5 per car. Location: Ruthin Road – Housing Office and Ysgol Clywedog. Please follow directions.

By Train:
Wrexham General station is located directly next to the ground.

By Bus:
Take the bus to the centre of Wrexham. Head towards the prominent multi-storey car park, turn right along the Mold Road and the ground is located half a mile along this road on the right hand side.
Any coaches traveling to My Racecourse must contact us in advance on info@wrexhamfc.tv

By Air:
The two closest international airports to My Racecourse are Liverpool and Manchester.
By Taxi:
Taxis will be available from Wrexham General Train Station, outside Wrexham Bus Station or the town centre taxi rank on Charles Street.

Taxis are not permitted to drop off or pick up on Crispin Lane, Mold Road, at Glyndwr University, or any of the other roads immediately surrounding My Racecourse. This is to ensure the safety of pedestrian traffic attending the concerts.

Road Closures
A541 Mold Road will be closed from B5101 Roundabout (B&Q) to Central Road, near the Post Office throughout the day, to allow crowds to enter and clear our stadium safely.

Traffic Management:
  • All approaches to B&Q Roundabout will be coned down to one lane
  • A Traffic Management Operative will manage traffic wishing to access Yale Park and Windsor Road
  • Central Road will be coned down to one lane, to direct traffic into Regent Street, towards town
  • A Traffic Management Operative will manage traffic wishing to access Central Railway Station
  • Crispin Lane will be closed at the access to the back of the stadium
Admission Policy
  • No professional cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices
  • No food, bottles or cans, cardboard container drinks
  • Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • Access to the disabled viewing area is for disabled ticket holders only
  • Dogs are not permitted except guide dogs
  • Folding chairs, gazebos and tents are prohibited
  • All ticket holders will be asked to produce proof of age on entry to the concert
  • Security staff at the entrance will enforce the conditions of entry including undertaking bag and random personal searches
  • Persons who have consumed excessive alcohol will be refused entry
  • Fireworks, sparklers, lasers, and Chinese lanterns are prohibited
  • Other Prohibited items include knives, explosives, smoke canisters, aerosols, air-horns, noisemakers, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, illegal substances (including former legal highs), umbrella’s, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles, or any article that may be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety or which may pose a hazard or nuisance to any other person, or any article to be used for a commercial or a charitable purpose. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to or ejected from the stadium, and will not be issued a refund.
Care And Safety At My Racecourse Events
  • Decide on a meeting point with your friends. Choose a time and place to meet up later in case you get separated from each other.
  • Keep your phone charged in case you’re separated from your friends.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Keep your wits about you. Drink responsibly and know your limit.
  • Concert stewards are here to help you. Don’t be worried about asking for help in any situation, whether it’s asking for directions or to report something or someone you’re worried about.
  • Look after your valuables like your phone, purse or car keys.
What To Bring

Food And Drink
  • During events at My Racecourse there will be on-site bars and catering.
  • No food or drink will be allowed to be brought in to My Racecourse.
  • Any alcohol purchased at any of the bars within My Racecourse must be consumed on-site and not taken out of the stadium.
  • Help us to keep My Racecourse tidy by using the rubbish bins that will be located throughout the venue.
  • In keeping with Licensing Laws, staff will ask for ID to carry out alcohol sales.
Accessible Tickets
Please be advised that accessible tickets have sold out for the Olly Murs concert.

Toilet Facilities
  • Toilets are located in the concourse area of each stand within the stadium and are clearly sign posted.
  • In addition, temporary toilets will be located and clearly marked at My Racecourse during the concerts.
  • My Racecourse has four disabled toilets that are located adjacent to the disabled viewing areas.
First Aid
First aiders will be in attendance at My Racecourse during concerts and events. These are trained and experienced individuals from services such as St. John's Ambulance. Should you or anyone in your party require first aid, please notify the nearest steward, police officer or event official who will deal with your request.

The medical room at My Racecourse is located in the Mold Road Stand concourse.

Lost Children
If you have lost a child, please contact a member of staff or police officer immediately who will be able to help you.

Cash points
There are no cash points at My Racecourse. However, the town Centre offers a number of cash points and banks should you need to withdraw any money in advance of the concerts. Main banks are situated in the High Street. The Shell petrol station on Mold Road also has an external cash point.

Lost Property
All found property during events at My Racecourse will be taken to North Wales Police, Wrexham, LL12 7BW. Please allow up to 48 hours before checking with North Wales Police as property found during events over the course of a weekend may not be lodged with North Wales Police until the first working day.

Smoking Policy
My Racecourse is a no smoking venue. The use of electronic cigarettes and or vape pens is also not permitted.

What To Do In An Emergency
There are stewards and event staff on duty at every concert. Locate a member of staff for any emergencies, who will be able to assist or locate the correct assistance.

If you need to contact the Police to report a non-emergency crime or to provide information on a crime while at the stadium, please call 101. If a serious or life-threatening crime is being committed, please contact a member of staff or police officer immediately.

If in the unlikely event you cannot find someone, please call 999.

Drug Use and New Psychoactive Substances (NPS)
My Racecourse and North Wales police have a zero-tolerance response to illegal drugs and New Psychoactive Substances (NPS). Police officers will be on site and any person found in possession of illegal drugs or NPS will be passed to police for prosecution and possible arrest.

The terms and conditions of entry state: “You may be searched at the entrance. Any items which the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and / or offensive activities on-site may be searched.”

Ticket Touts
Wrexham AFC and My Racecourse warn anyone without a ticket not to buy through ticket touts, vendors or unauthorised website traders. Ticket touting will not be tolerated at My Racecourse events.
