Wrexham FC Football in the Community
 

Wrexham AFC has formed a partnership this season with NEWI (North East Wales Institute) and NEWI Cefn Druids to form a Ladies football team.

NEWI Wrexham Ladies have been provided with a new playing kit from the club with help from Nationwide.  Also Wrexham AFC has given the team some free equipment for training and matches.

The ladies play their home matches at NEWI Plas Coch Sports Centre and Colliers Park training ground during the season on Sunday afternoons, so why not go and visit and support the team!

NATIONWIDE - SUPPORTING WREXHAM LFC

 

Through the Nationwide scheme Wrexham Girls teams have benefited from gaining two new kits for next season, when it is hoped that the girls will continue to build on this year's successful season.  New training balls and equipment will also be donated to the teams from Wrexham AFC. 

 

This season has seen the Under 16's do the double, winning both the North Wales Girls League Cup and also the North Wales Girls League.  Wrexham under 14's have also done extremely well finishing in the top four of their league.
