IT has been some 18 months since we last visited the Broadfield Stadium on the opening day of last season and since then a great deal of water has passed under the bridge at the Sussex club.
They have sold over 9,000 tickets for the visit to Old Trafford in a week's time, expect a slightly smaller crowd at this weekend's BSBP encounter.
Crawley Town Football Club is located on the edge of the town centre, but conveniently close to all major routes and public services.
They have ample parking for cars, an excellent social club serving snacks and drinks, and four tea-bars offering hot food, snacks and both hot and cold beverages.

Directions:
By Car -North: Leave the M23 at Junction 11 and take the 4th exit off the roundabout. Broadfield Stadium can be found on the 1st exit of the following roundabout.
By Car - South: Leave the A23 at CRAWLEY and take the 1st exit off the roundabout. Broadfield Stadium can be found on the 1st exit of the following roundabout.
By Train - Three Bridges Station is a £5.00 taxi ride away and Crawley Station cost about £3.00 in a taxi. Although the Fastway No.10 bus runs every 15 minutes from Stop A at Crawley Station and stops right outside the ground.
Car Parking:
The Stadium has 350 spaces and there is a charge of £2.00 per car. Once the car park is full, stewards will direct cars to alternative parking sites.
Club Shop:
Between the north turnstiles and the main reception, opening an hour before kick-off and for 30 minutes at the end of the game.
Social Club:
The Redz Bar is located at the south end of the ground, with away supporters being welcomed.
