Wrexham collected their second point under the stewardship of new manager Brian Little with a 0-0 draw against Rochdale at Spotland, and only their fourth away from the Racecourse this season.
Dale dominated throughout in terms of possession but never looked likely to break the deadlock until Adam Le Fondre hit the woodwork midway through the second period.
The home side bossed the opening 45 minutes and Le Fondre came close with a turn and shot which whistled past the post.
The lively Le Fondre then struck the upright with a 25-yard effort which beat goalkeeper Anthony Williams but cannoned back into play off the post.
Williams continued to keep the hosts at bay after denying Kallum Higginbotham and Glenn Murray late on.
Wrexham's best effort of the game came from a 25-yard drive by Matty Done which goalkeeper Sam Russell fumbled and looked on in relief as the ball spun wide of his left hand post.
