MIDFIELDER Mark Jones was the latest casualty as he had to be carried from the pitch at Blundell Park with a pulled hamstring.

Boss Brian Little sad afterwards: "Mel [Pejic] might disagree with me, but I think it's a nasty one and we could be looking at 4-6 weeks without the lad.

"If anyone has had a hamstring tear, then it does hurt.

"He can't touch his toes in there, here can't really move."

Mark was struggling to even take his boots off after the game and travelled home on the team bus in his playing kit, with a massive ice pack strapped to his leg.

Physio Mel Pejic will let the swelling settle down over the weekend and reassess. the player on Monday.
