"It could have come out very differently but I think the defining moment was when the first goal went in thirty seconds before half time. That's what killed us really.

"That seems to be how games are panning out for us. Hopefully we can now go to Mansfield and get the three points.

"The games against Mansfield, Macclesfield and Notts County are the real head-to-head games.

"If we beat those clubs, we get three points closer to whoever it is. It has to start at Mansfield by us going and doing a good job there.

"Things aren't falling for us, but this sort of thing happens when you're at the bottom.

"We've just got to keep working away, keep believing in ourselves and turn the corner.

"We could have six more points come next Saturday, so we have to focus on that and keep plugging away."
