Bangor City In UEFA Cup Action
BANGOR CITY face two tough matches to open up their Uefa Cup campaign, as the Citizens play against Danish side FC Midtjylland on starting this Thursday evening (17 July - 7.30) at the Racecourse Ground.
"The Danes are traditionally tough customers and they are used to playing in front of crowds of 10-15,000," said manager Nev Powell.
"We're switching the first leg to Wrexham's Racecourse Ground, that will be a boost for us.
"The other good thing is that they are like us, in that they don't play summer football and haven't started their season yet.
"It's going to be a trip into the unknown, but our lads will look forward to it."
Entry on the night will be cash in the Yale Stand - turnstiles 7-10 - and prices will be:
£10.00 - Adults
£10.00 - Seniors
£5.00 - Children
