Reds On Duty This Weekend
WREXHAM will be fielding two full line-ups tomorrow as manager Brian Little looks to give as many players as possible a full match with the start of the new campaign only two weeks away.
In a private practice game, one line-up will face TNS, as the Welsh Premier club get ready for the second leg of their UEFA Cup tie with FK Suduva next Thursday, as they only trail the Lithuanians by one goal from the away game.
While at Llanelian Road, another team will take part in a public friendly with Unibond League side Colwyn Bay (2.00).
"We wanted to step things up and this is an ideal way for virtually all the players to enjoy near enough a full game," said the boss.
v Colwyn Bay: Gavin Ward, Silvio Spann, Darran Kempson, Mike Williams, Carl Tremarco, Kyle Critchell, Tom Kearney, Levi Mackin, Sam Aiston, Jefferson Louis, Shaun Whalley.
Subs: Danny Staples, Luke Carding, Rob Pearson, George Stewart, Obi Anoruo.
v TNS: Anthony Williams, Simon Spender, Shaun Pejic, Nat Brown, Steve Evans, Wes Baynes, Andy Fleming, Christian Smith, Neil Taylor, Michael Proctor, Marc Williams, Chris Marriott.
Subs: Tom Bainbridge, John Hunt, Jack Jones, Mark Head.
Nat Brown is a doubt for the TNS fixture, but if fit then Chris Marriott will drop to the bench.
The Colwyn Bay game will be covered live - only on Wrexham World - from just before 2.00pm.
