IT looks likely that Joe Allen will be heading back to the Liberty Stadium for treatment after he turned his ankle in training on Tuesday morning.
The young midfielder has been impressive in his two appearances for the Dragons during his initial one-month loan spell and weighed in with a spectacular goal against York City.
"We are waiting to assess Joe when he returns,'' said Swans physio Richie Evans.
"But early indications suggest ankle ligament damage, which will keep him out for between two and four weeks.''
The U21 international was not eligible to play in the FA Cup this weekend, so was looking at the Lewes and Altrincham games in early November as his final two appearances of his first four week spell on loan.
Unfortunately, the injuries don't stop with Joe, as Mel Pejic is being kept busy in the treatment room this week.
Andy Fleming (knee), Kyle Critchell (ankle), Jefferson Louis (hamstring), Simon Spender (elbow), Mike Williams (concussion), Carl Tremarco (ankle), Gareth Evans (ankle) and Neil Taylor (calf) have all been receiving treatment of one sort or another.
