THE Youth team are back in action on Wednesday afternoon with a fixture against Port Vale (1.00) which will be played at the Racecourse.
Virtually all our Puma Youth Alliance matches are played at Colliers Park, but this re-arranged game with the Valiants will give the youngsters a great chance to play on the main pitch.
This is a privilidge they have certainly earned with a great start to their League campaign and after pushing through three away rounds in the FA Youth Cup.
After battling on with a squad short on numbers in recent weeks, due to injury and international call-ups, the coaches are able to name a what could be classed a stronger line-up, certainly on paper.
Goalkeeper Danny Staples makes a swift return following surgery on his knee, while captain Kai Edwards is back after duty with Wales U19s in Turkey and Luke Carden is also included after months on the sidelines.
Wrexham: Danny Staples, Johnny Hunt, Kai Edwards, Leon Clowes, Declan Walker, Jack Jones, Matt Hurdman, Ed Moss, Luke Carden, Mark head, George Stewart, Obi Anoruo, Nick Rushton, Jordan Kane, Rob Pearson.
