FOLLOWING an appeal to the FAW over Sam Williamson's red card received during the Southport game, their disciplinary Panel has considered the case and decided to uphold our appeal.

So while the sending off and disciplinary points awarded to the player will remain on his record, he will not suffer any further punishment and is therefore available to play in tomorrow's FA Trophy game with Mansfield Town.
