WITH all eyes on tomorrow's big FA Cup clash with Everton, we still managed to find time to do a little business with Macclesfield Town over the loan of defender/midfielder Nat Brown.
It has been agreed that the former Huddersfield Town man will remain with the Silkmen for the rest of the season.
With chances at the Racecourse limited, due to the good form of Ashley Westwood and Mike Williams, plus the considerable travelling that Nat was doing every day from his home in Sheffield, it would seem to be the best option for all concerned.
Having scored four goals in 10 games for Macclesfield, from a midfield position, Nat has proved a hit with the local faithful, as well as boss Keith Alexander.
Coming across the Pennines every day, he has halved his travelling time by switching to Macclesfield.
Simon Brown will be returning following his month at Rushden & Diamonds, while Darran Kempson comes to the end of his second month with Forest Green Rovers after they face Derby County in the FA Cup on Saturday.
