THE Club has agreed to allow Kyle Critchell to remain on loan with the Minstermen for a further month.

York City have been playing the Wales U21 international as a central defender and he certainly seems to be enjoying his stay at the Kit Kat Crescent.

After completing 28 days away on loan, we will insert a clause in his new contract allowing for a 24-recall, should the need arise at the Racecourse.

York City manager Martin Foyle told BBC Radio York: "Wrexham have just taken another right back.

"But I'm sure they'll call him back at the right time because they've got so many games to catch up on. I think Kyle will be a big part of their plans."

Since heading to Yorkshire, Kyle has played in four games, with other fixtures being postponed due to the poor weather.

His last match of this current month takes place on Saturday, when City are due to make the short and familiar trip to Mansfield Town.
