FOR John Curtis, the defeat to Crawley was as huge a disappointment as it was for those who suffered in the crowd.
"It wasn't a very nice game," he said.
"We started off like we were going to win no problem, but they broke on us and scored a bit of a silly goal, and then we committed suicide by conceding a nightmare goal.
"Two nil down at half time, we were thinking we're still not out of it, but we couldn't manage to do it in the end.
"I'd be interested to see if Proccy's goal actually was offside, because it looked alright, although I was perpendicular to it so I can't say for sure. It's history now."
So what of the Kidderminster match on Monday?
"It's a crucial game now, which we just have to win," said John.
"It's not a good thing for me that the game comes so soon after the disappointment of the Crawley game as my groin's hanging off!
"However, it might be a good thing to get back on the pitch so soon afterwards. We've certainly got the chance to put things right.
"It's good that we've got games coming up against sides around us as well. We'll get a chance to take points off teams that are above us and we need to do that now.
"Obviously we'll be looking to do that."
