England C lost the International Challenge Trophy final 1-0 to Belgium Under-21s at Oxford on Tuesday, despite Andy Fleming making his international debut, as a second half substitute for the host nation.

The non-league select featured three non-Blue Square Premier players - Alfreton duo Liam Hearn and Paul Clayton and Droylsden's Sean Newton.
