Club Looking For A Head Chef
THE Club have a requirement for a Head Chef with overall responsibility for catering both on matchdays and other events at the Racecourse Ground, including third party events in the Yale and Mold Road stands.
The responsibilities of the Head Chef will typically cover the following:
* Full supervision of kitchen staffing
* Kitchen staff recruitment and training
* Menu planning
* Supervision of inventory and stock control
* Maintaining budgetary targets and GP
* Supervision of health & safety
