THE club would like to thank all those supporters who found time over the weekend to join us for a Working Party at the Racecourse.

It was good to see fans giving up their time to help out with a general tidy of the ground and surrounding area.

There was plenty of gardening undertaken, with hedges, shrubs and even the odd tree to tackle - not to mention the ever growing weeds!

Other squads turned to in the stands to wash seats and brush down the steps.

Old advertising hoardings were removed and a start was also made on painting under the Eric Roberts Stand, to brighten up what is general a gloomy area.

We hope to have another date available in mid July - 18/19 - dependent on a possible friendly - to build on the good start made this weekend.
