THE Football Conference this morning launched the 2009/10 fixture list.

Of obvious interest to Wrexham fans is the opening day home game with Eastbourne Borough (Marc Williams celebrating his hat-trick against the Boro last season, right), while our two matches with Chester City are down for the weekends of 26 September at home and 13 February away - expect some movement on those dates when the police see the fixture list.

That first midweek of the season sees us away at Tamworth, but it also clashes with both Wales U21 and Trinidad internationals.

Our August Bank Holiday game is at home to Barrow, while over Christmas we start with Altrincham at home on Boxing Day before heading up to Gateshead two days later.

Assuming no FA Cup third round clashes (!), we will be onto the M56 on New Year's Day travelling to Moss Lane and a return with Altrincham.

The Easter games are away at Mansfield Town on Saturday 3 April and home to Gateshead two days later.

We then finish the season on Saturday, 24 April, with a visit to our friends at Hayes and Yeading.

As we always say at this time, fixtures are liable to change for all manner of reasons, so don't accept below as the finished article!
