THE draw for the early rounds of the FA Youth Cup were made this week and we now know our opponents should we make it as far as the second qualifying round.

We start with a trip to BSN club Fleetwood Town in the preliminary round, with the victors playing host to Leigh Genesis in the first qualifying round.

Further success would see us at home to either Stalybridge Celtic or Ashville, with the winners of that tie still having to get through a third qualifying round before facing possible Football League opposition in the first round proper.

Preliminary Round:

w/c 7 Sep - Fleetwood Town v Wrexham

First Qualifying Round:

w/c 21 Sep - Fleetwood or Wrexham v Leigh Genesis

Second Qualifying Round:

w/c 5 Oct -Fleetwood or Wrexham or Leigh Genesis v Stalybridge Celtic or Ashville

Confirmed dates for all games will be announced in due course.
