"It was good to be playing again, although the important thing is the team and not the individual," he said.

"I have watched a number fo games since I have been in Wrexham and I know we have a good set of players, but we have to improve our results.

"Obviously, we need to start winning games again and I'm sure that will come soon.

"I thought I was going to score when I had a shot from the edge of the box, Marc Williams instinctively stuck out a boot to divert it to the opposite side of the goal, but a defender cleared it off the line.

"We should have had a better result today, but if you don't then you have to continue to work hard in training and look to improve in the next game."
