10.40am - MATCH OFF - Frost bound pitch!
Another frustrating day for all Wrexham (& Alty) supporters - but try and enjoy it nevertheless!
Our thanks to all at Moss Lane for their help today.
We would have been in the same situation at the Racecourse, as the pitch here is solid in all areas, with no give in it at all.
Fingers crossed for our visit to AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday night...
10.10am - The ground at Moss Lane has been affected by the overnight frost and Altrincham officials have asked the match referee to do an inspection at about 10.45am.
As soon as we have news from that inspection, we'll update the site.
9.45am - As soon as we have further information, it will be posted here.
31.Dec.09 - OFFICIALS at Altrincham have been in contact about tomorrow's game and the predicted weather overnight.
As of New Year's Eve (Thursday) morning, the pitch at Moss Lane is playable.
Having said that, the forecast for overnight temperatures is not good, but they will inspect early in the morning and see what effects any frost might have had on the surface.
The match referee tomorrow is fairly local, so we should have a good idea of the situation as the morning progresses.
Please keep an eye on the websites of both clubs, as we will both update our respective sites as soon as any further details become available.

Obviously with only a fairly short travelling distance between the teams, we have a few hours in the morning to play with and to give the pitch every chance of staging the match.
