IT was a very tired, although contented, Andy Morrell who emerged from the dressing room at Twerton Park following our Bank Holiday victory over Bath City.
"I thought we played well on Saturday and we certainly took that with us into this afternoon's match," said Andy.
"On Tuesday evening, we felt like we'd lost the game at 2-2, after being two-nil up, so getting back into the Barrow match was a real big boost.
"I remember when I was last here we had a game like that, against York it was, I managed to pop up and score one in the 90th minute, which helped turn our season then.
"So those moments are really nice and we took it on further today.
"We've been done by set pieces already this season, so I think we have started to work out that they are quiet important in this league!
"It's the same at both ends and today we defended quite well against theirs, while managing to get on the end of a couple in their box.
"We have some big bodies, so we can upset a few people when we go forward.
"I think we are starting to show that we understand what is required and what is being asked of us. What each of us is doing and where we should be, so that's slowly starting to come.
"That will only bode well for the future."
For now though it's some well earned rest after a hectic opening six matches of the new season.
"I feel like I could sleep for three days!" said Andy.
"But we will be back into it soon enough and getting ourselves ready for the trip to Newport on Sunday."
