OVER the last few days we have had a number of emails from Luton Town fans thanking us for making their trip to North Wales an enjoyable experience.
While we wish they had had to delay their Championship party for at least another week, it was good to see the Hatters' supporters and players being able to celebrate with each other at the end of the game.
Let's hope it us letting off the champagne corks in 12 months time!
Below are a few of the messages we have received:
On behalf of many Luton fans who attended the game on Saturday, I would like to extend a very big thank you to everyone involved with Wrexham FC for helping make the day so memorable - apart from the result!!!
It was so nice to see stewards who actually understood how to get people into the ground efficiently, whilst also being appreciative of our enthusiasm of the day.
We have travelled the length & breadth of the country this season, including to some of the so called 'bigger' clubs, but have rarely witnessed such professional organisation.
Well done again & all the very best of luck for the future. We sincerely hope we get to visit the Racecourse Ground again soon.
Regards - Nick White & friends
As Luton fans, we wish your club all of the best for your future. We fully empathise with your current plight and wish you every success in your struggles.
Your travelling fans are without doubt, the best in the league; at our home game we partied until well into the night with your London contingent. Fine chaps, with supporters such as those you will survive no matter what happens in the short term.
Many Thanks - Kevin Catlin
As a lifelong Luton fan who travelled from Dublin to Wrexham for the match last week, I want to thank your club for the friendly reception I received.
Of course I wanted Luton to win but, after getting a better grasp of the reasons why Wrexham are in trouble, I really wish you well for the remaining games and for the future.
Bill Kelly
