Reds Move To Sign Linwood

WREXHAM boss Denis Smith has moved quickly to bring in Tranmere Rovers' defender Paul Linwood.

Born in Birkenhead 21 years ago, he has started all four of Tranmere's league games this season, but was on the bench for the midweek Carling Cup defeat at Scunthorpe United.

As usual we will have to obtain the necessary clearance, including international clearance, so hopefully all the paperwork can be completed in time for him to take his place in the squad for this weekend.
