Manchester Reds

Posted on: Mon 16 Nov 2009

THE Manchester Reds were founded when it became obvious there was a number of Wrexham fans based in Manchester.

A few attempts were made to form the Manchester Reds but it was not until November 1997 that there was enough interest to form as a supporters club.

As a supporters club the Manchester Reds main function is to arrange travel to home and away games within the Greater Manchester area and further-a-field. Also meetings that are held which are open to all Wrexham fans.

The Manchester Reds also have a bi-monthly newsletter called 'The Exiled Dragon' which goes out to all members. 'The Exiled Dragon' is full of all forthcoming events, the latest news and travel arrangements for forthcoming games.

As a recognised supporters club with Wrexham FC, the Manchester Reds now have priority booking status on big all-ticket games both home and away.
