Towering teenage defender Ruby Jones signed for Wrexham in 2022, having previously spent time in Man United’s youth academy.
A Wales youth international, Jones was with Wrexham in the Girls Performance Centre before moving on to play for The New Saints, United and Liverpool before returning to her hometown team.
Eligible to play for both Wrexham AFC Women Under-19s and the senior team, Jones was an ever-present for Gaz Owen’s young title-winning team in 2022/23.
Jones also captained the Under-19s in the Championship Final at Newtown and will continue to play a dual role in the 2023/24 campaign.
