Season-ticket holders can collect their tickets for the 2021/22 season from the Racecourse Ground from 9am on Thursday as we prepare for our first home game of the season against Notts County.
Collection for all full season tickets (please note, 21-game tickets are not being made available for collection at this stage) will be from the Yale Stand concourse.
UPDATE - WREXRENT Stand Season Ticket holders please see this important update
Ticket collection will be open from 9am-8pm on Thursday and Friday, and from 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Tickets will then be made available to collect from the Club Shop between 9am and 5pm on match-day. After this time, ticket booths will be in operation outside the Club Shop, and open until 7.15pm. However, we are urging all supporters to collect as far in advance as possible to minimise queuing times on match-day and to reduce the risk of supporters missing kick-off.
To collect your tickets from the Yale Stand, please enter via Gate Four next to the Centenary Club and follow the one-way system past the collection desks and out of Gate Three.
To help our staff and volunteers, please provide as much information as possible when collecting your ticket and please supply photo ID.
Collections will be organised by stand, with all tickets in alphabetical order, where staff and volunteers will be on hand to distribute them.
Please be patient with staff and volunteers, and please be prepared for long queuing times. Again, we urge all supporters to pick up their season ticket as far in advance of Monday’s game as possible.
Due to the late arrival of the season tickets at the Club, we are unable to post any tickets out. All season tickets must be collected in person for supporters wishing to attend the Notts County game.
WREXRENT Stand
IMPORTANT UPDATE (26/08) - WREXRENT Stand season ticket holders please see this important update
Season ticket holders in the WREXRENT Stand can collect their season tickets at the same time as other supporters, but will also be allocated a paper ticket for their seat in the Yale Stand or Mold Road Stand for the Notts County match.
WREXRENT Stand season tickets will not be valid on match-day, and only the paper ticket will grant you entry into the Racecourse Ground.
Match-day tickets
Please note that, due to the closure of the WREXRENT Stand for this game, as a result of the ongoing refurbishment work, there will be no individual match-day tickets available for the game against Notts County. The match is all-ticket and is sold out.
21-game Season Tickets
As stated above, these tickets are not yet available for collection and are only valid from the Woking game on September 11 onwards.
A further announcement will be made when the 21-game season tickets are available for collection.
COVID-19 guidelines
Although the Welsh Government has moved us to Alert Level Zero, we ask all supporters attending the Racecourse Ground to remain vigilant, and to be respectful of your fellow supporters.
Face masks are optional in outdoor settings, but please respect the decisions made by your fellow supporters. If collecting from the Club Shop, face masks are compulsory in indoor settings unless you are exempt.
Anti-bacterial handgel will be available, and we ask all supporters to respect and maintain appropriate social distancing.
