SEASON TICKETS | Important information for general sale

3 August 2021

Existing (2019/20) season ticket holders have until 5pm today (Tuesday August 3) to renew their season ticket. We’ve had an outstanding response so far, and look forward to welcoming everybody who has renewed back to the Racecourse Ground next season.

Season tickets then go on general sale from 9am on Wednesday August 4, and will be available online or in person.

If you intend to buy a season ticket for the 2021/22 season, please see the important information and familiarise yourself with the instructions below.

Where possible, we are asking supporters to buy online as the processing times and the anticipated demand will mean very long queuing times for in-person transactions.

If you are buying online, you can create your account now and link it to family and friends, which will speed up the buying process tomorrow. Please see the instructions below on how to do this.

How to buy your season ticket online

Creating an account

Supporters wishing to buy online can create their account now, and link it to family and friends, which will make the buying process much faster tomorrow.

All supporters who are able to create an account in advance should do so, using the instructions below.

Please note, all accounts must have a unique email address. If you are setting up an account for a supporter without an email address, for example a younger child within the family, they must be allocated a different email address to buy online. You can set up a free email address quickly and easily online.

If you are unable or unwilling to set up a new email address, however, you can still buy your season ticket in person at the Centenary Club. Please be aware that we are expecting very long queuing times for in-person transactions.

How to set up your online account

  • Visit our new eTicketing website at: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/wrexhamafc/
  • On the home page, select the circle icon in the top right-hand corner as if to log in
  • On this page you can select register
  • Please fill in your full details
  • Once done, you can select ‘Complete Registration’, which will generate a confirmation email and log you in.
  • Once logged in, you can select ‘Account Management’ and Network. On this page, you can add family and friends to your network using the ‘Add Members’ button.
  • To search for another member, you will need their number and surname.
  • This will then add that supporter to your network, where you can manage the abilities to purchase on your behalf.

How to buy your season ticket online

  • Once you have set-up your account, you can buy your 2021/22 season ticket from https://www.eticketing.co.uk/wrexhamafc/ from Wednesday August 4 at 9am.
  • Select account log-in at the top right-hand side of the screen
  • Once logged in, you can select your seat using the seat map and also purchase seats for anybody in your friends and family network.
  • After selecting your seats, you will be taken to an order summary page, listing your seat numbers – please confirm this is correct.
  • You will then be taken to the final payment page where you pay (eTicketing accepts all major forms of debit/credit cards except American Express).
  • You can edit your account at any point throughout the season simply by logging in.

How to buy your season ticket in person

  • We are encouraging all season-ticket holders to purchase online where possible. (Disabled supporters should see the notes below).
  • However, if this is not possible, or you would prefer to speak to somebody in person, season ticket renewals will be operating from the Centenary Club at the Racecourse Ground from 9am on Wednesday August 4.
  • The Centenary Club will be open from 9am-8pm on both Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Car parking will be available on the Glyndwr University car park, and supporters driving in to renew their season ticket in person should not park in the main club car park.
  • For the safety of other supporters, and all members of staff and volunteers on site, we ask that you continue to follow the COVID-19 guidelines in place. Please maintain social distancing at all times. Masks should be worn indoors, unless you are exempt, and we would encourage all supporters to use the anti-bacterial hand gel available.
  • For all in-person season-ticket renewals, the process is the same as renewing online but we will fill in the details with you at the Centenary Club.
  • Due to the processing times, and the anticipated unprecedented demand, we are expecting long queues at the Racecourse Ground. Please be prepared for a very long wait, and bring appropriate clothing, food and water where you can.

Important information

Restrictions on capacity

If at any point in the 2021/22 season, we are required to implement restrictions on capacity and the number of available tickets will be reduced too. In the instance of a reduced-capacity event, where season ticket sales exceed the amount of seats available, tickets for each match will be allocated by a randomised ballot for Season Ticket Holders. Anybody missing out in the ballot will be refunded the cost of any matches they miss.

WREXRENT Stand season tickets

Supporters looking to sit in the WREXRENT Stand should note that tickets in this stand will now be sold on a reserved basis – once you have selected your seat, this is the only seat in which you should sit during the 2021/22 season.

Due to ongoing refurbishment work, the WREXRENT Stand will be closed for the first two home matches of the season, and supporters in this stand will be allocated seats elsewhere for those games only.

Centenary Club season ticket

The Centenary Club will be open to Yale Stand ticket holders only for the 2021/22 season, with entry only available to passholders.

When purchasing their season ticket, Yale Stand season-ticket holders will be given the chance to purchase a Centenary Club season pass for £100, guaranteeing your place at the bar for less than £5 per game.

These are limited in number, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis – please follow the instructions above when renewing your season ticket and then add the Centenary Club season pass to your basket too before checking out.

Hospitality Season Tickets

Supporters looking to buy their hospitality season tickets in the Bamford Suite and Executive Suite, should contact geoff.scott@wrexhamfc.tv.

You can find full information about all of our hospitality offerings here.

Disabled Supporters

We are asking, where possible, that all disabled supporters purchase their season tickets from us at the ground, where all entitlement forms will be ready to complete. Please bring valid identification/eligibility (Attendance Allowance/PIP/DLA/CVI).

If you are unable to attend the Club, or just prefer to purchase online, Kerry Evans will be in touch to follow-up and confirm your details. Kerry can be contacted at kerry.evans@wrexhamfc.tv.
