Swiss striker Gold Omotayo will not be returning to Wrexham AFC next season, after completing a permanent switch to King’s Lynn Town.
Omotayo arrived on non-contract terms in April, and the 27-year-old target man went on to score three goals in 11 appearances – including two against the Linnets.
He was one of the players invited back to pre-season training in order to earn a permanent deal at the Racecourse Ground for the 2021/22 campaign.
But the striker, who also played for FC Halifax Town and Gloucester City last season, has instead elected to sign for King’s Lynn Town.
Wrexham AFC would like to wish Gold all the best for the future, and thank him for his efforts during his short spell at the Football Club.
