Wrexham AFC are delighted to welcome the first three local businesses to our official partnership scheme, as Ifor Williams Trailers, Town and Country Property Auctions and Barlows join us on our journey under the stewardship of co-chairmen Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds.
All three companies are based locally but with national and international reputations in their respective fields, and are now officially proud partners of Wales’ oldest professional football club.
Ifor Williams Trailers – formerly our front of shirt sponsor and current shorts sponsor – are our primary local sponsor and Official Trailer Partner of Wrexham AFC.
For more than 60 years, customers have been turning to Ifor Williams Trailers for their needs be it professional or leisure, and the Corwen-based brand has gone global with trailers pulled from Marchwiel to Melbourne.
Ifor Williams Trailers Head of Sales Rob Small said: “The decision to sponsor Wrexham AFC back in 2016 was a very personal one for the directors and staff of Ifor Williams Trailers, many of whom are passionate lifelong fans.

“Just when we thought things couldn’t get any better, we were blown away and humbled when Rob and Ryan used a hilarious spoof sales video for one of our horseboxes as the vehicle to announce the takeover.
“It soon racked up five million views on Twitter and we were being contacted by people from all over the world – we even had a message from a Canadian astronaut so it was out of this world too.
“It was all unbelievably surreal and we even had a TV crew from ABC News in America coming to film with us.
“But we’re glad to say the story doesn’t end there. We are staying hitched to Wrexham AFC as the club’s primary local sponsor and the official short sponsor for the next two years.”
Meanwhile, we’re delighted to welcome two new faces to our commercial partnerships, with Town and Country Property Auctions becoming our Official Property Auction Partner.

Barlows UK Ltd is a family run business, established in 1948 by Thomas Clifford Barlow. The business started life in 1948 as a small electrical repair shop in the village of Malpas in Cheshire but grew over the years and now have a head office in Malpas and three more offices in Manchester, High Wycombe & Lancaster, all operating a full range of property maintenance services.
