A historic weekend saw club chairmen Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds attend their first game at the Racecourse.
Harry Lennon opened the scoring before a late Torquay leveller saw the points shared.
A packed Racecourse of over 9,800 supporters watched on as the owners addressed the crowd, met with legends and paid their respects to the fallen, whilst on the pitch Phil Parkinson's side surrendered a lead with six to play.
