Tickets for the Dagenham & Redbridge home game on Saturday September 18 will be available to collect in store from Tuesday September 14 from 1pm.
All individual tickets must be collected for this game, with collections starting at 1pm on Tuesday and running until 2.45pm on match-day, Saturday.
Following a review of our ticketing arrangements for the match against Woking, we have agreed to make all tickets collection-only for this match, to avoid the risk of tickets not being delivered.
We thank all supporters for their patience, and we are continuing to monitor and update our ticketing processes now the stadium is fully re-open and new infrastructure is in place and can be tested.
We ask all supporters to collect in advance as much as possible to avoid longer queues on match-day. Please note, no cash turnstiles will be in operation for this game.
To assist with ticket collections, please bring your stand, block, row and seat details with you to collect, as well as your name, address and ticket reference number. Please also bring photo ID in case of any issues. By bringing all of these details, our staff and volunteers will be able to find your seat more quickly and reduce the queuing time at the Club Shop.
Tickets will be available to collect up until 2.45pm on match-day, but again we ask all supporters to collect in advance as much as possible.
