A select Wrexham XI faced off against a Salford City XI at Colliers Park this afternoon in a behind-closed-doors friendly.
Dior Angus and Jake Bickerstaff were on target as Wrexham earned a draw against the Ammies.
Salford took the lead after ten minutes and took a 1-0 advantage into the break. On the hour mark, Angus did well to cut inside from the right and hit a superb effort into the top corner.
Just minutes later, Bryce Hosannah was excellent down the right to cross for Bickerstaff to nudge the ball home.
Wrexham allowed much-needed minutes for players returning from injury, those lacking game-time and young blood.
