Wrexham AFC posted record social media growth during the period March 1, 2022, until March 31, 2022, amassing no fewer than 150,000 new followers and subscribers across the five major social media platforms.
As a result, the Club’s total following has now broken the half-a-million barrier and stands at an impressive 517,000, which is the highest of the 23 Vanarama National League sides.
Among the new content strands introduced during March, regular match highlights posted on TikTok and featuring voiceover from co-chairmen Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds have proved popular with supporters around the world.
Indeed, TikTok has become a particular hub of fan engagement in recent times, providing more than 10 million videos views in March alone.
