Wrexham AFC will be running walk-and-talk sessions before all home games, starting with tomorrow’s game against Eastleigh.
The walk, in Bellevue Park, starting at the changing rooms by the football pitch at 12pm, is designed to give participants the opportunity to meet up and connect with fellow supporters along with enjoying some light exercise.
Walking can assist with both our mental and physical well-being and can help reduce stress levels.
The sessions will also run ahead of the matches against Solihull Moors on Good Friday, Altrincham on Easter Monday, and Southend United on April 30.
The walk will start from the changing rooms by the football pitch at Belle Vue Park, and will complete two laps of the park and walk for around an hour in total.
You don’t have to do both laps – do as much or as little as you feel like doing, you will be welcome to join at any point.
Bellevue Park is fully accessible so everyone can come along, even bring your pets. Everyone who attends does so at their own risk but there will be a first-aider present.
