As ticketing arrangements for the Buildbase FA Trophy Final on Sunday May 22, 2022, are finalised, Wrexham AFC are urging all season-ticket holders to check their online accounts are working correctly.
Season-ticket holders will, as previously outlined, be given first priority on tickets for the Wembley showpiece.
However, we are asking season-ticket holders to check their online accounts are working correctly now – so we can identify any issues before we reach the on-sale date.
This is particularly important for season-ticket holders who have not used their online accounts since purchasing their season ticket – i.e. for any away tickets or season-ticket renewals.
To check your online account, head to https://www.eticketing.co.uk/wrexhamafc and sign in using your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, use the ‘Forgot your sign-in details?’ button and do not attempt to create a new account.
When you log in, if your account has been set up correctly you will see under your name the wording “2021/22 SEASON TICKET HOLDER”. This wording has been added to all season-ticket holders' accounts so, if you do not see this wording and are a season ticket holder, please contact the Club on ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk immediately with your membership ID number, email address and address.
Please be patient as we work through any issues identified and do not attempt to phone the Club as all account issues must be dealt with via email.
