Wrexham AFC can confirm we will be wearing our white kit for the Buildbase FA Trophy Final at Wembley Stadium against Bromley, on Sunday May 22.
Launched on Christmas Day, we have worn the white shirts for our three home matches in the competition since – against Folkestone Invicta in January; Boreham Wood in February; and Stockport County last weekend.
The white shirt – which features green and red details and cuffs – will also serve as the third kit through to the end of the 2022/23 season. The shirt also boasts the words ‘Welcome to Wrexham’ on the collar: the title of the Docuseries about the Club.
Though always intended as our full alternative kit for this season and next, we also took the opportunity to use the shirt’s debut to raise money for Shelter’s #NoHomeKit campaign – with all match-worn shirts for the win against Folkestone Invicta raising a collective £2,600 when they were auctioned off.
We were back in white after that 5-1 win for the 3-0 home victory against Boreham Wood in February, and again for Saturday’s 2-0 victory against Stockport County.
Ahead of the trip to Wembley, the retail shirts – available in sizes up to 5XL – are available to buy in store and online at shop.wrexhamafc.co.uk now.
The third shirt costs £44.95 in adult sizes (M-5XL); £37.50 in junior sizes (5XS-S); and £29.99 in baby sizes (3-6m-1-2y).
