Wrexham AFC’s autism-friendly football sessions return this half-term, with sessions scheduled for both primary-age children and secondary-age children – which are both available to book onto now.
Both sessions take place at the Wrexham Glyndwr University sports centre, with our secondary-age session on Monday February 21, from 1pm-2pm, and our primary-age session on Wednesday February 23, from 2pm-3pm.
The sessions are organised by Disability Liaison Officer Kerry Evans, in conjunction with the Wrexham Branch of The National Autistic Society, and run by the Racecourse Community Foundation.
The Wrexham Branch of the National Autistic Society cover the cost of each child attending, meaning the sessions are free to attend too.
If you are interested in attending, or would like to find out more about what to expect at each session, please register your interest with Kerry Evans at kerry.evans@wrexhamafc.co.uk.
