As previously announced, existing season-ticket holders from the 2021/22 season have an exclusive priority window to renew their seat for the 2022/23 season up until 5pm on Wednesday April 13.
The renewal price is frozen for the 2022/23 season for all current season-ticket holders that renew within the priority window, regardless of what league the Club plays in. So, renewal prices are frozen whether next season brings home matches in the National League or in the EFL.
Plus, to recognise your early commitment, if you renew during the priority window you will be part of the first group of supporters to have the opportunity to select a seat in the redeveloped Kop, if you want to move at that time.
A limited number of current season-ticket holder seats will not be made available for the 2022/23 season. Alternative seats will be made available at the frozen price. The ticket office will be in contact directly if this impacts you.

Disabled Supporters
The appropriate age level pricing in the respective stands applies for all disabled supporters. A companion (if required) will be admitted free of charge when accompanying a disabled supporter subject to the provision of proof of disability at higher rate. Eligibility forms are required to obtain your free companion ticket (Attendance Allowance/PIP/DLA/CVI).

Important Notes
Please see the specific renewal instructions for the renewal and validation of all disabled and companion tickets.
All ages are determined as at September 1, 2022. If you are aged ten on this date (last year of primary school), you qualify for under-11s. If you are 11 (first year of secondary school and above), you must buy a ticket in the under-18s category. Likewise, if you are aged 65 or over on September 1, 2022, you can purchase an over-65s ticket. If you are aged 80 or over on September 1, 2022, you can purchase an over-80s ticket.
Renewal prices are frozen for supporters who renew the same seat in the same stand for the 2022/23 season. If you are no longer eligible for the same price category you will be asked to pay the frozen price for your new price category.
Family under-11 tickets are only available when renewed with an accompanying family member in the under-21 or older ticket category. Please note, if the under-11 does not permanently reside at the same address, we may require evidence of the relationship.
Prices will be increased when season tickets are made available after the exclusive priority period. No date has been set for when season tickets will be made available after this time.
How to renew your season ticket
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL SUPPORTERS TO RENEW THEIR SEASON TICKET ONLINE
All season-ticket holders from the 2021/22 season should receive an email in the next 24 hours. Please check your emails and your junk folder as this email contains important information regarding season-ticket renewals.
We are strongly encouraging all supporters to renew their season tickets online where possible. To renew online you will need your specific ID number to create an account, contained within the email.
If you have not received an email and wish to renew, please contact ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk immediately.
Please include your season-ticket details from 2021/22 and your contact details (name, address, phone number), in any email communication.
Supporters can still renew in person at the ticket office where you can find out your ID number and be taken through the online process. The ticket office will not be able to renew season tickets in the three-hour period prior to kick-off for all home fixtures, but will be open late until 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays each week during the renewal period.

How to renew your season ticket online
- Visit our eTicketing website at : https://www.eticketing.co.uk/wrexhamafc/
- Select the profile symbol next to the basket icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Enter your email and password and click “sign in”. (If you’re unsure of your sign in details, please select “forgotten your sign in details?” and follow the onscreen instructions)
- Now you’re signed in, you should see a small red dot on the profile symbol in the top right hand corner of the screen. Click on this symbol.
- You will see you have a notification of a renewal for the 22/23 season, please click “Renew now”.
- You will now see all available season ticket renewals that you have available to you (if you’re in a network with other people, and they have selected your permissions as “manage tickets”, you will also be able to renew their season tickets on their behalf).
- Ensure the tick box is selected for each ticket you wish to renew, and click “add to basket”.
- Select the basket symbol in the top right hand corner of the screen, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the purchase.
Please note
If we have no Date Of Birth on file for you, then the renewal price will default to an Adult ticket. If this is incorrect then please contact the club on ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk and we will endeavour to get back to you within 48 working hours. Your renewal at the frozen price is held until April 13th so please rest assured that your seat will not be sold elsewhere during this time.
How to renew your season ticket in person
We are strongly encouraging all season-ticket holders to purchase online where possible.
- However, if this is not possible, or you would prefer to speak to somebody in person, season-ticket renewals will be operating from the ticket office at the Racecourse Ground from mid-day on Monday February 28.
- Car parking is available free of charge on the Wrexham Glyndwr University car park and we request supporters driving in to renew their season ticket in person should notpark in the main Club car park.
- For all in-person season-ticket renewals, the process is the same as renewing online but we will process your order with you on our Ticketing System at the ticket office.
Disabled Supporters
- We are asking for all disabled supporters to renew their season tickets direct with Kerry Evans, who will issue and review entitlement forms. Please have valid identification/eligibility (Attendance Allowance/PIP/DLA/CVI) for this process.
- Kerry will be in contact to confirm your details and will be available in person at the Club every Wednesday and Thursday afternoon during the exclusive priority window. Kerry can be contacted on kerry.evans@wrexhamafc.co.uk
- Please note disabled supporters will not be able to purchase the extra required companion season ticket online and should contact Kerry to organise the renewal.
Hospitality Season Tickets
Following the Hospitality Survey, we are conducting a full review of the hospitality offering for the 2022/23 season and will confirm the packages at a future date with existing seat holders having a priority to renew.
Membership 2022/23
All season-ticket holders automatically become members for the 2022/23 season, included within the renewal price.
FAQs
What will be the season-ticket price for 2022/23 if I don’t renew before April 13?
The prices will be increased although the size of the increase is still to be determined. You will however have a short period of time to purchase your current seat before it is released for general sale.
Do you offer discounts for specific professions, e.g. students?
There are no specific discounts based on profession, however anybody aged under-21 can claim discounted prices according to their age group and concessionary prices are available for supporters aged over 65 also.
I already have a season-ticket, but wish to buy an additional one for a friend or family member this season too. How do I do this?
The priority window for season-ticket renewals is only available to existing 2021/22 season-ticket holders. If you wish to renew your season ticket, you should do so during this window, up until Wednesday April 13 at 5pm.
When tickets go on general sale you can then purchase additional season tickets and, should it be necessary, request that your initial seat is relocated. Please contact ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk for further information.
Please note, we cannot hold or reserve season tickets for additional friends or family members, who are not existing 2021/22 season-ticket holders, during the priority window.
A friend or family member has not received the email, and their specific ID. What should they do?
If you know an existing 2021/22 season-ticket holder who has not received this email, and therefore their specific ID, please first and foremost encourage them to check their spam folder. If they have definitely not received it, supporters should email ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk with an updated email address or renew in person, where a member of staff will have your specific ID.
Who can renew the season ticket?
Only the existing season-ticket holder can renew the ticket. The Club would consider requests to transfer these to a different family member upon application.
When will I receive my season ticket?
Season tickets will be sent out directly to all supporters by Royal Mail Signed For (registered post) in advance of the new season.
What happens if I lose my season ticket?
If you lose your season ticket at any point during the 2022/23 season, please contact ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk or visit the Club Shop immediately. There will be a £20 admin fee for processing a new ticket.
