Wrexham AFC Women will return to action on Sunday (January 9), with their fixture now switched to a home tie against Airbus UK Ladies in the Genero Adran North.
Steve Dale’s Red Dragons were originally set to travel to Pwllheli, in a reverse of the opening game of the season, but that fixture was postponed at the hosts’ request.
Rather than a blank weekend, the fixture has instead been revised to be Wrexham vs Airbus, and the game will take place at Brymbo Sports & Social Club.
In line with the current Welsh Government and FAW guidelines, the game will be played behind closed doors.
Wrexham last met Airbus at the Hollingsworth Group Airfield in November, coming from behind to win 3-1 as part of their current four-game unbeaten run in the Genero Adran North.
After seven games, Wrexham now sit third in the table – one point behind leaders Llandudno – while Airbus return to action in fifth place, nine points behind the Red Dragons.
