Wrexham AFC can confirm striker Jake Bickerstaff has joined Nantwich Town on loan until the end of the season.
Bickerstaff, 20, is a product of the Wrexham AFC youth academy and made his first-team debut in 2019 – scoring against Ayr United in the Tunnock’s Caramel Wafer Challenge Cup.
He signed his first professional contract the following summer, making his league debut as a substitute against Boreham Wood on the opening day of last season.
The striker will now head to Nantwich, who play in the Northern Premier League Premier Division, having enjoyed a successful loan with Cymru Premier outfit Caernarfon Town last season too.
Bickerstaff scored six goals and made two assists for the Cofis last season, and made his only Wrexham appearance of the current campaign in the Buildbase FA Trophy third round win against Gloucester City.
All at Wrexham AFC would like to wish Jake well, and will be carefully monitoring his performances during his spell at Nantwich.
