SUPPORTER INFORMATION | Notts County vs Wrexham AFC

Important information for away fans from our hosts

1 January 2022

With a big away following expected at Meadow Lane for tomorrow's match, Notts County have provided the following information and guidance to supporters making the trip.

No matchday ticket sales

  • Under no circumstances will any tickets be available for away supporters to purchase on matchday, so please don’t travel without one
  • Any Wrexham supporters found to be in home areas will be ejected and won’t be relocated in the away end

Accessing the away end and finding your seat

  • Away supporters will be seated in the Jimmy Sirrel Stand on County Road
  • Queues will be busy close to kick-off, so plan to enter as early as possible
  • Check your ticket for the turnstile number and use the correct one for entry, ensuring you have your barcode ready to scan (if scanning from your phone, ensure your brightness is set to high)
  • Out of respect to your fellow supporters, sit in the seat clearly marked on your ticket. Stewards will be on hand to help you find it should you need assistance

COVID-19

  • Covid passports or any proof of vaccination will not be a requirement for entry
  • In line with recently updated government guidance, all supporters aged 11 and over should wear a face covering when in indoor areas such as concourses, club shop, hospitality areas and toilets, other than when eating or drinking, or where exempt
  • Face coverings are advised, though not required, to be worn by supporters when they are in their allocated seats
  • Out of respect to all fellow attendees and as part of a combined effort to keep everyone as safe as possible when visiting Meadow Lane, we advise you to take a lateral flow test prior to the match
  • Do not attend the stadium if you are showing any Covid symptoms or have come into recent contact with someone who has the virus. Our ticket office will be happy to process refunds should you be unable to attend due to Covid – please call 0115 955 210 before kick-off
  • Hand sanitiser stations will be available around the stadium

Refreshments

  • Catering facilities will be available in the away end with alcohol and other refreshments on sale
  • Due to the nationwide shortage of hospitality staff, compounded by the number of people in isolation, staffing levels are limited
  • Our supporters are asked to please leave extra time if you’re planning to purchase any refreshments and to also be understanding and respectful to Notts’ staff, who will be doing the best they can in difficult circumstances
