Wrexham AFC can confirm we will be wearing our new third kit for the first time, when we welcome Folkestone Invicta to the Racecourse Ground for Saturday’s Buildbase FA Trophy fourth round fixture.
The match kicks off at 5.30pm, and will see the home team swap our usual red home shirts for the new white third kit, featuring red and green trims and details.
The shirts – manufactured from 100 per cent recycled polyester yarn – were launched on Christmas Day and have already proved popular among supporters.
Initially, we were to debut them on Boxing Day as part of Shelter’s #NoHomeKit campaign, before our match with Solihull Moors was postponed due to COVID-19.
We will now showcase the new shirts for the first time in Saturday’s fixture, however – with a full set of match-worn shirts from this game to be auctioned off afterwards to raise money for Shelter UK.
Further details of the online auction, which will take place in the week after the game and be run in association with our official partners, Town and Country, will be released in due course.
Saturday’s match is being played behind closed doors, but you can see the new shirts in action for the first time by buying a match pass to watch the game live on WrexhamPlayer.
And if you want to get your hands on the new third shirt ahead of the game, visit our Club Shop or shop online at shop.wrexhamafc.co.uk now. Shirts cost £44.95 in adult sizes (M-5XL), £37.50 in junior sizes (5XS-S) and £29.95 in baby sizes (3-6m-1-2y).
