Wrexham AFC can confirm more details for our pre-season friendly, which will take place in the Alicante region during our pre-season tour.
As previously confirmed, this match will be open to spectators as the Red Dragons gear up for the new season.
Phil Parkinson’s side will face Nottingham Forest Under-21s at the Hotel Golf Campoamor on Saturday July 23, with the game kicking off at 8pm local time.
Supporters are advised that tickets will be free of charge, and available on the day. The capacity of the venue is 300 spectators, and supporters are asked to note that facilities will be limited.
The Club would like to apologise for the delay in obtaining this final confirmation, caused by local logistical challenges.
The address for Hotel Golf Campoamor is as follows:
HOTEL GOLF CAMPOAMOR

Unfortunately, having scheduled a friendly against Colombian touring opposition on Tuesday July 19 – the La Guajira Region XI, a representative team in Spain to gain experience of European football – our scheduled opponents have had to withdraw after a number of positive COVID-19 cases in their camp.
We are looking at our options for this date, and will issue further communication in due course. All at Wrexham AFC would like to wish any affected players well.
The tour is sandwiched by domestic friendlies, as Wrexham start their pre-season build-up with a game against Nantwich Town on Saturday July 16.
Tickets for the game are on sale now from the Dabbers’ ticket office – please note, this fixture will be ALL TICKET and there will be no cash admissions on the day.
Wrexham then conclude their pre-season preparation with a match at the Racecourse Ground on Saturday July 30 against Macclesfield Town.
Tickets for the game cost £10 for adults and £5 for concessions, and are now on sale to members via our eTicketing website. Further information, including details on how to purchase accessible tickets, can all be found here.
