Following a number of emails to the ticket office this week, we would like to remind supporters of the process for activating your membership account on eTicketing, once you have signed up.
Membership will not be live on your ticketing account until you have activated your account and, as a result, members-only tickets will not show as available to you.
If you have purchased membership and not activated your account, you need to log-out of your eTicketing account.
Instead of logging back in, select the “Activate Membership Account” option on the log-in screen.
You will then be prompted to enter your Membership Number and Surname in order to activate your account.
Please remember, your membership will not be active – and members-only tickets will not show as available to you – until you have followed these steps.
Membership for the 2021/22 season will close on March 31, 2022. Members get priority periods to buy tickets for all remaining home tickets – which are on sale now – and will also be given priority over non-members for tickets for any end-of-season finals.
