The National League has this afternoon released the following statement, confirming our fixtures against Dagenham & Redbrige and Southend United will go ahead as scheduled.
Further to the announcement that the funeral for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will be held on Monday September 19, the League can confirm fixtures scheduled for week commencing Monday September 12 will go ahead as scheduled.
Clubs are asked, for all fixtures up until the funeral, to observe a one-minute silence prior to the game and to wear black armbands as a mark of respect.
Wrexham AFC therefore return to action on Tuesday September 13, with our home fixture against Dagenham & Redbridge scheduled to kick-off at 7.45pm. Limited tickets remain and can be purchased via our eTicketing website here.
We then travel to Roots Hall to take on Southend United on Saturday September 17. The match kicks off at 3pm and tickets and official coach travel can again be purchased via our eTicketing website here.
