Wrexham AFC claimed their first win of the season under the floodlights at the STōK Cae Ras on Tuesday evening, against Walsall.
Will Boyle's first Wrexham goal opened the scoring early in the first half, with Ollie Palmer volleying in a brilliant lob shortly afterwards. Two more goals in the second half from Jake Bickerstaff and Elliot Lee sealed Wrexham's first Sky Bet League Two win for 15 years.
Walsall did pull a goal back in each half, but that was not enough to stop the majority of the 10,000 crowd in attendance returning home happy.
