Ahead of our first game back in the EFL on Saturday (August 5) against MK Dons, all season ticket holders who requested a digital season ticket will soon receive an email with a download link to gain access to their ticket.
All digital season tickets can be reissued at any time, and there is no fee to be paid for this service.
We are aware that a small number of supporters are yet to have received their physical season ticket in the post.
As such, we have decided to take the decision to issue the option of digital season tickets to all (in addition to the physical cards) to help alleviate any matchday queues and ensure the best possible experience.
Digital season tickets will hold the same barcode as their physical copy so both can be held at the same time.
Season ticket holders who have already been issued a paper-replacement ticket for the MK Dons match, should proceed to continue to use that ticket for the game.
We advise fans who are yet to receive a physical season ticket in the post, and that have not been issued with a paper-replacement ticket, should download their digital season ticket to gain entry on matchday and negate the need to contact the ticket office.
If supporters have received an empty envelope which should have included their season ticket, they should get in touch with the ticket office via email on ticketoffice@wrexhamafc.co.uk (please use the email on your ticketing account) and a temporary ticket can be emailed to the season ticket holder.
Alternatively, Season Ticket holders can contact the ticket office in-person and have a temporary replacement ticket issued. ID or proof of address will be required for all in-person replacements.
Both replacement options will void the season ticket barcode for that match ensuring no entry can be gained via the season card.
We ask supporters requiring a temporary replacement ticket to do so in advance of the fixture, to limit matchday queues and ensure that they can take their seat in time for kick-off.
